Search for a city or browse categories on the homepage. Open a listing, choose your dates, and submit a booking request. The host will confirm availability before your stay or storage period is finalized.
Can I submit my own price offer?
Yes. On listings marked as negotiable, enter your offer amount when booking and add an optional message to the host. Your quote is sent with the request; the host can accept or decline it.
What types of accommodation are available?
Staywala offers shared rooms, sublets (short-term entire apartments), and shared spaces. Each listing shows pricing, amenities, house rules, and photos so you can choose what fits your needs.
How does luggage storage work?
Select a storage location near your destination, book a time slot, and follow the host’s check-in instructions. Many locations are near train stations or city centers with flexible drop-off and pick-up times.
How do I become a host?
Create an account and use “List Your Space” to add accommodation or luggage storage. Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing. Verified hosts build trust with guests faster.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation rules depend on the host and listing type. Review the policy shown on each listing before you book. For disputes, contact support with your booking reference.
Is my payment secure?
We use secure payment processing for bookings made through the platform. Never send payments outside Staywala to a host who asks you to bypass the site.
How can I update my profile or password?
Go to your profile page after logging in. You can edit your details and manage bookings and listings from your dashboard.
Who do I contact for urgent issues during a stay?
Use the contact details provided after booking confirmation. For safety emergencies, contact local authorities first, then reach our support team with your booking ID.
